If u buy it in jaamu kashmir(india) it will cost you approx 900$ and if you buy it 20 km away in china it will cost 740$ what the****

What's the point of these prices??
Are people at HTC retarded or something, for 4 years, they are doing the same thing, first bring the device late , then launch it with expensive price and after 2 to 3 months reduce the price by very little. Then they expect good sales!

HTC. Why would anyone not buy iPhone 7/ 6s or Samsung galaxy S7/S7 edge or Oneplus 3/3T? Everything in those devices is better than yours.

Majority buyers started to overlook htc till now, they will be abandoning it after this pricing policy. htc, you are no more premium brand now, start thinking fresh. No one buys U Ultra when it's priced so close to an iPhone 7 and Pixel.

Looks like HTC policy is , Hike the price of the Mobile so high so no one should buy the phone , pathetic .

Minimum salary in USA ~ $5 (or more)
                                      Minimum salary in India - INR15 = $0.224.

Considering a mobile phone costs $600, it takes 120 hours per a person with the least salary to buy this mobile without spending on anything else.

Even if they price it same in India, the time taken by a person to earn the amount possible to buy the same smartphone at same price will be approximately 2600 hours. Which is 30 times more than the time required by the one in USA.

But they price it even more in India and make it even more harder to buy one.

it takes 4 months fr me
