Samsung's Exynos doesn't include a CDMA modem, so would require a discrete modem in addition to the SOC at the expense of power efficiency and space.

I totally agree with you. I have always considered Samsung to stand out due to the home button and capacitive buttons. It would be a shame to see them go. I really hope at least the capacitive buttons stay...seeing that the home button is almost surely gone.

Hardware keys tend to s... morePhysical home keys in my case have not struck anytime on the contrary it is way too convenient during freezing of app. You don't have to swipe up while playing game to get navigation keys so that you can minimise it. Physical home key with fingerprint sensor works best and capacitive keys also works better than onscreen one

That second image looks doubtful....as last week renders for this device contains stock android navigation buttons.
