Thats why I will never buy any Samsung or iPhone. I will stick with Sony. As Xperia phones are very durable.

Apps on devices I've used have had no problems pulling the appropriate file no matter where it's stored. No management or renaming necessary. You're a niche user that likes a massive amount of control and that's fine, but claiming everyone needs it is simply incorrect.
And for the record I've never personally owned any iPhone.

You must be on crack, on iOS you can't even do a simple download, that's why you never needed a file explorer, files management on Android is way better, you can access your folders, create other folders, organize documents and files, rename files and much more and that's basic, on iOS if I want to simply edit an .mp3 file I have to connect to f****ing iTunes.

apple makes the most expensive cheap phones in the world --- eventually quality will rule and the apple phones will enjoy the market share they truly deserve -- those easily impressed with their apple phones will gravitate to higher quality phones that actually cost less --- cell phones really have not changed very much given the significant advances of technology = outside the world of cell phone texting ... currently the market share is split between a large number of phones using android ... and then there is the singular apple phone and it's market share = comparatively very small ... I use a Huawei ... same phone for 4 years --- open market phone ... thinking the Google phone is the best phone today on the market BUT no real reason to switch .... I just keep using my 6.1 inch for all my Microsoft Office 365 applications ... messaging ... international telecom ... just use my desktop computes for the larger screen when writing software code ... have 5 phones and the monthly cost is less than $125 per month ... as much data ... texting ... whatever ... I REALLY do not understand why people pay soooo much for so little and change phones to get a new model when ((I would wager)) they really cannot perceive the difference ... like getting a camera for a resolution that is greater than what the human eye can actually perceive ...... I really don't understand ..... but then that does not matter ... I know my phone will not be catching fire ..................
