I don't know where you're from but you should know that we have 420 million urban market and living in villages doesn't meant "paper thin".Indian villages are even better than there urban counterparts, actually villages are developing faster than urban cities in India...

Nokia guys how to set up again, but setting up service centers, getting distributors and retailers, finding out old contacts etc... that too in whole India is a time taking process.
To set the standards as high as previous times, they need to keep everything before launching, otherwise people will lose trust, which Nokia can't afford

and as you might already know HMD is mostly comprised of old nokia and microsoft employees , so it's basically same old people coming together with same old partnerships
and dealers
instead of having different divisions in the main company .. the work has been divided into 3 different companies.. even the factories used by foxconn to manufacture phones will be the same old NOkia factories ..

The 5 & 6 look identical to the OnePlus X from the front but both the 2017 phones have half the specs of the 2015 OnePlus X, sad. Also no dual SIM, most people in India now have 2 Sims, one their default number and a Jio sim - none of these Nokias are dualsim.
I was looking forward to re-owning a Nokia but, I'll pass........

It needs to make phone super reliable and sturdy.
Otherwise we have better brands.
If Nokia has to make it presence feel.

HMD Global is a small company. Nothing similar to the old Nokia like 6 years ago. Stephen Elop and Microsoft have destroyed the relations with carriers and distributiors. So this new Nokia must build it up again from scratch basicly. And building up deals again with dealers taking time.
So they can not taking any big risk to release a flagship device at this point, they must play it safe. We will see a high end Nokia again I think. But probably not until the IFA event in Germany later this year.
