too expensive? The S7 (both S7 and Edge) launch price was even more expensive than the LG G6 and you guys are willing to drop even $200 more dollars for a phone thats coming out later all for S835. For $200 LG can do everything your phone needs and geez its only been less than 6 months since S821 came out, like its hair picking.

I hope when it comes to the UK it will be £500-£600. If it is £800 I will either keep my current phone or upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S8

AnonD-250705, 02 Mar 2017Dude I'd you think more ram doesn't make Pc faster then you... moreYes, installing more RAM can make your PC faster, but only if your laptop is using more memory than the originally installed RAM. - Example: Your PC is using 90% of your 16 GB RAM (this will make your PC unstable and give an impression that your PC have slowed down), so upgrading your RAM makes your PC more stable and give an impression of the PC being faster.

You had probably upgraded your PC with a faster RAM - Example: 16 GB 1600MHz RAM versus 32 GB 2400MHz RAM - That's why you notice a faster PC.

But I'm curious. What do you do with your PC. 16 GB of RAM is already an overkill for many. How can you notice such massive speed improvement after installing a 32 GB of RAM? Do you do video editing?

So LG decide to jump the gun with a lower processor to its rival and then wait to release it? So by the time the G6 is available in Europe and America so will the Galaxy S8 casting a big shadow over it. Be honest LG you havent really thought this one through, World wide release was the way to go but you take your time!! Im sure you wont make the same mistake with the G7

2u2, 02 Mar 2017That outdated Snapdragon 821 bothers meIf the 821 is "outdated", which processor is better and available right now ?

Anonymous, 02 Mar 2017The low ram should bother you more. Ram plays much bigger ... more"Ram plays much bigger role on android every day performance than the soc." - Whaaa....?

You mean a phone with 6 GB of RAM will open apps a couple of seconds faster than a 4 GB one? And who on earth would play 3-4 games simultaneously while editing a video?

The only good thing about more RAM is that it will save more apps for later use. That is why in those videos a 6 GB RAM would win against a 4 GB RAM. It's because the phone doesn't kill the apps when those youtubers do a SECOND ROUND speed test.

And let me tell you one thing, more RAM DOES NOT mean faster device. It's more about software optimization and the processor that makes a phone faster. For example, if a PC game need 8 GB of RAM to play, putting 16 GB of RAM on your PC would NOT make the game faster.

It's a shame the LG G6 have 'only' 4 GB of RAM. But think of it in a business way. If the LG G6 have 6 GB of RAM, than people would expect the LG G7 have 8 GB of RAM and so on. Btw, LG G6's RAM amount is more than enough for everyday usage.

In short this is last year's phone with this year's pricing. If people knew what's good for them would stay away.
