AnonD-8311, 13 Mar 2017you are full crap, windows 10 runs on 32gig tablets without... more32GB? maybe if you don't install anything...and btw Chrome OS is a cloud OS with limited offline possibilities, so you don't need to store files on it...in comparison WIndows OS is a all-in-one kind of OS where you can do basically online and offline stuff with no big limitation and many times you STORE files so 64GB is minimum to have space to put apps(my laptop uses 40GB on C partition, just OS and apps), but 256 is a must if you want to put games, movies, music etc.

I love everything about this, except the screen resolution. I wish it were just a little higher.

AnonD-8311, 05 Mar 2017128gig storage doesn't qualify it to be calld a cloud deviceWhy not? 128GB is not that much for a laptop(on Windows you need 256GB to have space for anything) , ok you can get along with Chrome OS on 64GB, but the 128 one is considerably faster, being a M.2 SDD, not a cheap eMMC.

Well, now we get to see the beautiful extent to which Google controls Chromebook manufacturers and their manufacturing. Case in point; all Chromebooks from this point forward will have to have a convertible form factor. One can only hope Google would implement this kind of control over Android OEMs. You know, for quality assurance

                I'm surprised positively by this 2-1 value Chromebook for MIL-STD 810G1 certificate and Gorila Glass 4, 2 USB-C 3.1, 8GB of RAM, 128GB SSD M.2, TPM 2.0.

Thing is, there are plenty us who are not students, but working professionals who desire this sort of form factor. A reliable tough affordable cloud machine with a stylus. What Apple could product, but won't. (IE, combination of a MacBook Air and an iPad Pro 9.7, but with a real cloud OS.)
