So technicaly Mi Max is ingenious chinesse product :) :) :)

Hmm.. maybe the next Mi Mix will only have screen on the front. then have smaller secondary display at the back for video call purposes and for "selfies".

The audio quality through the headphone jack was the second best I've ever used, the HTC 10 being the best. I have very very good performance all around. Maybe you just had a defective device?

No more xiaomi for me,they make a phone with great exterior design,and high spec sheet.but in reality it only a phone with low quality,low durability,my friend use redmi 3s prime,after 4 month,eveything became slow and lag,fingerprint also,take 10 sec to scan,i have a mi mix,but resold it back,because their low quality,camera,speaker,ui,screen,performance at quite high price,

I got the Mi Mix 1 because i liked the concept. I returned it because there was a burned area in the LCD display.
Things i didn't like were very average camera, no AMOLED, very difficult to install playstore and google apps... Start up should allow you to choose from playstore or the Mi store (dont know the name). With AMOLED and a good camera i would consider the Mi Mix 2 but will probably get S8+.

The absolutely rubbish camera prevented me from buying the first Mi Mix. Hopefully they'll come up with a better primary shooter this time.

Haven't been so interested in a phone in years like with Mi Mix. This is the phone of the year for me, easily. But still, I won't buy one as it costs too much, for what the hardware it has. But a very nice phone otherwise, other manufacturers should learn from this design. Sharp, of course, was way ahead years ago.

Thats all nice and dandy. But look at how much of the display area at the bottom is spent on action areas. At the very bottom is a black bar. On top of that is then the usual Menu, Home and Return. Then on top of that is another similar action area with some of those functions duplicated. Those 2 action areas should be merged into one that resides in the black bar at the bottom.
