I think the Samsung S8 and LG G6 display this time is a cool/shit, because the rounded corner screen losing some viewing pixels there. If they really want to do the rounded corner on screen why can't they start from the software overlay instead of just use the hardware solution, some people maybe don't like the rounded corner screen and they can turn off the software overlay in setting.

We are talking about S8. S8 is cheaper indefinitely no matter what you said. And like you said it have more stuff. Now, you saying S7edge have better battery life than XZP. S8 battery life is better than S7edge anyway. Lol. So why you buy XZP? S8 have extra feature so, what? You got something against it or something. I have no idea what all your ranting about. Is that even considered as an opinion?

I guess you didnt know XZP is actually bigger by dimension compare to S8 so, one hand operation is much more difficult on XZP. Both also use SD835 and guess what, the battery is not that much different either with 3230mah on XZP compare to 3000mah in S8; and I'm very sure XZP 4K display used up more battery. As for tge price it wont be cheaper than S8. S8 starting price is €799($850). XZ Premium price is not revealed yet but its smaller counterpart, Xperia XZs is already at a whooping $700 price tag and that with only 1080p display. Can you imagine how much more expensive XZP with 4K display? I'm guessing somewhere around $800-900. Sony really does 'make believe' people to buy their phone. Lol.

There is too much frenzy around S8... I am going to simply wait until it's officially announced and then wait a little longer for all the video reviews before I spend such big amounts. Better safe than sorry.

            Cheers.

Wrong in s8: virtual bottoms, size weird (no 9:16).Sensor at rear.Edge format and no option for flat.Battery.What I remember now. Right in s8:crossing the fingers.

The size of the s8 is to big and very dificould to operate with onehand and the battery is to is not big enough to manage all that stuff of power ifen if the sd 835 is more power effience that wont help either and the price is very high i doubt that this one will outsell the s7 edge which is already an excellent device i have my s7 edge almost 1 year and iam not going to upgrade i rather give the Xperia XZ premium a chance this one will be cheaper and just as good

And it is not a good analogy in that regards, I used that image in regards to the usability. Vertus (one or two generations ago) were nonsese rubbish concerning their usability as a high-end smartphone.
Vertus are legitimate products because of the materials they are usig. They are clearly luxury products.
But Apple doesn't use that kind of materials, neither have high-end hardware, they just have high-end prices. Why? Just because :D.

Only 3000 mAh in S8 is a mistake, even some really cheap phones has bigger batteries now.
