Anonymous, 09 Mar 20176.2 won't give 5.7 at 16:9 it'll be 5.5 Just checked your claim in AutoCAD and your right.

    A 18.5x9 6.2" screen is 141.6x68.9mm

Fitting a 16:9 ratio inside this will give you an image 122.5mm x 68.9mm (or 5.53" on the diagonal).

Something doesn't add up because a 68.9mm wide screen would give 4.8mm wide side bezels on the claimed 78.5mm wide phone. Just wait and see i guess..

For those who are interested. A 5.8" 18.5x9 screen would only display a 5.17" 16:9 image.

I don't know anyone who shoots with 4:3 any more. Most phones, screens and TVs are 16:9 (or there abouts) so people don't want the black strips on the sides.

JJ, 09 Mar 2017Please Samsung, stop copying Apple features! Are you serious? Apple is one that's "copying" if anyone is, because they usually tend to wait for everyone else to develop new and innovative features/designs/technology, and then they implement it 3 years later, once it's cheap to implement, and then they sell it at a high price.

I like the Note size but now the width is decreasing too much, I fear the regular s8 will feel so small because it is not as wide as my note4. That leaves me with the s8+, but that is so tall.

AzureLord, 09 Mar 2017have you took your pills bruh? there are no more removable ... moreThis is your opinion.

The fact is that, many people still love removable battery; Specially those who use their phone as a portable entertainment machine.

Despite ads and progress to deliver power fast and efficient, Power packs never keep up with a full battery which turns your already dying phone to 100% power instantly.

I have battery bag, it holds 5 spare battery. Those BV-T4D are excellent for 4K movie making with least possible weight.

If Note 5 had removable battery, I didn't have any problem by power at all.

I don't mind whether S8 is or not, I mentioned one point of absence in favor of useless fashion.
Removable Battery Still matter, unless new technology improves battery life.
