Why those manufacturers are still making phones with only 8GB of RAM in 2017? Don't they know that it's just not enough at this stage?

Will there ever again be a decent 4.5" device? No a bottom specs cheapo like this. 133mm is also too big for 4.5".

This device was launched in Brazil in september/2016.
Specs match price, sort of. It's a very basic device but at least it's on Marshmallow already.
It's a nice phone for dad/mom, or for sub-3yr-old kids.
Otherwise, as others have said, save yourself an extra $15 and get something better.
