You would just deny every points I give.

Like I said, if it was easy and cheap, mid-range phones would have a near bezel-less design by now.

    Whats exactly more expensive?
    Different motherboard design?
Every new phone has some diferent motherboard design.
All those bezeless phones have different from prior bezel designs is narrower bigger screen put onto same enginnering (motherboard, front camera, back camera, fp button, usb, speaker placement, 3.5 jack, antenna, wireless charging, battery) solutions behind, in a same designed frame but with smaller bezels.
I really dont see the reason for extra price, except marketing.
You get only bigger screen to body ratio.....and you pay 100€ more for that.
But production costs and components dont cost more. Dont see how they could.

How is it more expensive... moreIt's easy to forget just how much of a marvel of engineering modern smartphones are, especially in 2017. You only refer to the bezels and the frame but you didn't refer to the amount of engineering work had to be done and the complexity of how the phone's inside component have to be placed in order to reduce the bezels while attaining a bigger display inside a small phone footprint. All this work comes with a price. If it was easy and cheap, all mid-range phones would have a near bezel-less design by now.

                      1. You said that Samsung hoarding all the SD 835 is a fat lie by LG because the XZ Premium is confirmed by Qualcomm to be the first phone with SD 835. So you think that Samsung never bought all the first batch of the SD 835

                      - My respond: When Samsung buy all the SD 835 first, doesn't necessarily mean they would release the first phone with SD 835. For example, Samsung was the first to manufactures and mass produce 8GB LPDDR4 RAM for a smartphone, and yet Samsung was not the first to release a 8GB RAM smartphone.

So, where is your proof that LG spread lies that Samsung is hoarding all the SD 835 and they just wanted to use a cheaper and older SD 821? And don't make me find proof that they didn't. You're the one who makes the accusation. So please, I'm waiting your respond.

Look at the comment I replied to. The guy said that "Samsung is anti-competitive because they bought all the SD 835". And my respond: "Why should they be charged for it? They just bought the early batch of the SD 835" It's not like SD 835 is exclusive only to Samsung.

What are you ranting about in your comment anyway about "delay and first phone with SD 835" and stuff. It doesn't connect with my previous comment AT ALL.

It's really bad to retain such a big ass bezel over the years especially for the flagships in 2017 while every competitors out there is craving for edge to edge looking, users expect more surprise than this outdated crap looking

Manufacturers don't price their phones according to cost of manufacturing son, it's just a thing they all cook up in sales/marketing team meetings. For car production or fighter jets, You'll make more sense but not phones. So with your large brain you really think all along apple pays more production cost that's why their phones are that expensive? SMH... you're too dull...

PS. Iphones have large bezels, actually they do have large bezel.

you say : ''Samsung manufactured the SD 835 using Samsung's own 10 nm FinFET process technology, and they merely have first dibs on the first batch of the chipsets''

-that doesn't make sense bc it's not like Samsung is producing those chispets for free to Qualcomm , you know they get paid .

SONY didn't delay launch for their phone, bc if you look back few years , that's how things work with SONY , they announce a phone at MWC only to be available around june , last year for example they had X and X Performance . X was available before X Performance that came also in june....
This year they have XZs and XZ Premium , XZs will be available before XZ Premium ... and don't be surprised if one of these phones hit ''selected markets'' only . and if you look even further when was Z3+ and Z2 from MWC available on market ? also in in mid-june !
