Anonymous, 14 Mar 2017Function and ergonomics come first. You can only do so much... moreIt's does not matter which brand you hold in your hand anymore.. Screens are 5+ inches, curved, with bezels, 13 Mp, Dual Cameras, etc... nothing individual.. Only the Blackberry was a special one, but now they do the same as all others.. where is frameless displays? where is future technologies? We see eight generations of Samsung, with almost the same technical specifications.. Let me guess, S9 will be Double sided gorilla glass, with 16 Mp cameras, kilograms of bezel and curved display.. I'm not talking about S8, we know what is in.. Nothing individual.. Not all we interested in technical specifications if it's look like every one is holding it in their hands.. We Need Individual devices, with ability to change it's view! I sold my S6 to buy a CAT simple S40 smartphone, because everyone is looking at me, and interested, what is in my hand?! It's very satisfying, not to be like all..

Also you don't need gargantuan bezels for that, minimal ones are fine.
Capacitive buttons are from 2010, nobody needs them. Soft buttons are customizable, can be hidden and don't need a piece of the phone precious footprint only to use it in a single manner.

I can't imagine how many S8/S8+ will drop on the floor in the coming months. =D

It's no use having a pretty phone when it's a pain to use (Nokia 7280 comes to mind).

Manufacturers should seriously quit that habit of making every new flagship with useless, annoying curved displays...

It's so boring... there's no new extraordinary or stunning look, every new phone is a cheap copy of another.. I miss old times when we had a different phones. NOKIA 6600, 6800, 7650, N-series, Motorola Accompli series, Sliders and QWERTY keyboards... No Fantasy, no Imagination.. What happens to you, creative people??

Gibby , 14 Mar 2017YET AGAIN! Another Samsung look-a-like phone.
Great specs ... moreAdding as much bezels as possible is not having an individual character, it's being bad in device engineering as you need much more space for the same amount of hardware.
LeEco with Le One was one of the first to use minimal bezels in either the wester or Chinese markets. It's Samsung that followed with minimizing them, not the other way around.

YET AGAIN! Another Samsung look-a-like phone.
Great specs yeah yeah - but I'm starting to appreciate the individual character of the likes of HTC and Sony.
If we're not careful - pretty soon all devices are gonna look the same with the only difference being the logo!

Whatever may be the configuration the software mars everything. I have used many LeEco phones , and in all cases software EUI ruins the experience. They should use stock android Nougat 7.1.1 in this phone which will make their phones ten times more popular. They dont skimp on specs.

Pathetic software support by leeco in India already US and Chinese got eUI 23s but we Indian users are sitting with buggy 19S also they don't bother to reply in leeco forum.Leeco phones are very sturdy but sadly they software support is meh.
This time they should bring back SDcard slot and 3.5mm jack.
