yes jail break is aviable like greenpoison for 4.2.1 u can do with it.but for unlock u hav to wait little more like 1 week .as we waiting all.

so you need to void your warantee to properly use your device. how is this in the users interest? We get to repeat on every OS upgrade. sounds more like a needy significant other to me.

We can't have anything OpenSource so big because somebody is allways there. At least when you jailbroke your iPhone don't have to worry about this.

Funny how the only way that you hear people enjoying the iPhone is through Jailbreaks. If the OS is so great, why do you need to jailbreak it to enjoy it? Real question.
