I had Samsung Wave S8500 in 2011, no matter how stylish phone it was, it has the worst OS of all time, it was BADA but everyone forgot about it. Samsung made then Tizen which was just remake of BADA and guess what? No aplication, no support, no updates... Can i say more?

It takes time for OS to mature. $100 for Z3 is a scam just because there are better device? Dude, do you even know the meaning of the word 'scam'?

I am using tizen mobiles from 2 years(along with android mobile).... this tizen os is very very BAD .... even basic apps are not run smoothly...
And also necessary apps are not bavailable... in all tizen forum full with begging for apps and abusing this crap tizen os....

My Z2 can achieve about 6hrs+ SOT when i'm using it just for internet browsing, watching YouTube, playing some games, with Wi-Fi connection, i did the same test with my Android phone, and it's really hard to achieve 6hrs SOT.
Samsung Z2 only has 28nm CPU, imagine if it has 14nm or 10nm CPU. Even Samsung's Tizen smartwatces are more battery efficient than Apple's watchOS or Google's AndroidWear smartwatches.
Of course, Samsung still needs Android but Tizen is Samsung's future.

based on your statement tizen is good but apps are not working properly but battery life is good, it is to be expected since you unable to open a single app xD and the phone is on standby fanboi.

Of course it will have a good battery life when you are not even able to run basic apps like WhatsApp ( no joke ). And it is not an argument that it is an equivalent to the first gen iPhone...the Z3 was released 2015 - means that they could've used proper SoCs instead of Spreadtrum SoCs. It is a scam that Samsung still claims 100$ for the Z3 - there are way better devices for that proce.
I find it good that Samsung tries something new with their OS, though...even if it does not run properly
