Now that's a better price point and a great deal, I didn't know Google Home was just $130 I think I might get it after it adds a few more useful software features and improves the hardware's design.

But subtract Google home price $129( or as many on the internet suggest selling it for the money). You are pay for less than $540 for a NEW phone. And of course if you don't might the SD821 to begin with.
