          Now let's wait for the real benchmark test, the Geekbench 3. I'm sure it will prove that Snapdragon 835 outscores the Exynos 8895.

              All these powerful cores and GPU's... and it still loses out to an iPhone 7 plus that is 7 months older at the time of release ;)

                I guess Apple doesn't see the importance of so many cores YET
                It might be useful in the future but as for now I don't see how thats so important
                If you lurk at an iPhone all see. they are excellent performers and battery optimization is that good too.....

If there is one segment exynos fall short to snapdragon then that is the GPU one. According to rumors, that superiority is also going to end.

                              AnonD-596148, 17 Mar 2017Can any one explain in easy language what is single core pe... moresingle core means using only one core out of eight(the higher clocked one is used here) in octa core chipsets to run the benchmark. most apps use single core to do their jobs so single core is important than multi core scores. apples difference could be their bcoz of various reasons coz ios and android are not same os u know and ios may be well optimised than android so it scores well, bt u wont know the real score untill u put an non apple soc on ios and run the benchmark to see if the run better on ios or android

                                      For sure new Exynos 8895 is faster/powerful than SD835 but SD will win in power consumption. Greedy Samsung to have both for them and poor LG and Nokia (thanks to Samsung).
