      Who runs this company? Who's in charge chose to use SD810 (HTC10Evo), get rid of headphone jack, relatively small batteries, no gimmick in a HUGE body, all ini all in a fricking high price tag? Seriously, I won't be surprised if some competitor actually paid some HTC worker to destroy HTC from the inside, I mean, look at their decisions on this phone..

        Why? HTC why?
        HTC = Help This Company

          The HTC U Ultra is a good device on its own (not great, but good) but if compared to other smartphones in the market, HTC fall short on so many things.

          1. Glass back, but no wireless charging.
          2. No headphone jack, but doesn't make the phone thinner or make it water resistant.
          3. USB-C to 3.5 mm headphone jack adapter is NOT included in the box.
          4.Have a secondary screen, but no Always On Display functionality.
          5. No DAC, even though audio quality is one of the main selling point of a HTC's flagship.

            Hate to say it but this will be another flop for HTC. It won't sell. Both models are overpriced. They are just putting another nail in their coffin.
            HTC was once a very fine phone mfg.

              Lol lol have a look on YouTube of a review of this phone! So big yet doesn't have 3.5 Jack,Normal size battery for such a big and thick phone and now they want to charge a fortune for it for some sapphire glass???? They must be trippin'

              For that money you could have an S8 Pro or IPhone

                  HTC omg,that phone look so bad,no1 will buy it.750 euro for this 1 omg omg omg.

                    No thanks, keep that garbage in your stock room, nobody needs it. Even us would buy an iPhone with (even though not real sapphire) better quality materials than this. We've had enough on how poor the U Ultra did on the same abuse test your champ HTC 10 went through as well

                                Still, huge bezels... This phone will be a massive fail. I used to love HTC, with the first One M7.. Later it was dissapointment after dissapointment.

                                And now looking at Lg G6 and what S8 will be, it is like a difference in 1-2 generations between what they did and what HTC is offering as their best. Really sad.
