And if it was not for the reviewers praising it its sales would be even worse. Thankfully a lot of the people see through their BS and are not buying ...

Samsung offers a phone when you buy a TV. LG offers a TV when you buy a phone.
But of course I know, this TV is low end and at Samsung, the TVs were high end

Btw the plan's price in the description it's in Australian dollars... That means that the plans's price is 72$ in reality

Sony did this because they care for their customers. They offered Gear VR, but even Sony's PS VR is better as it offers way more stuff to make use of it. Basically, Samsung wants to compete with Sony in every way that Sony is good at. For instance, Samsung was never known for making mobile camera sensors, being only Sony and Toshiba are known, but they followed the competition and started making their own sensors. Now at VR game, Samsung is now trying to compete as well, and with those two logics, we can say that Samsung's true competitor is Sony and not Apple or any other else.
How about in 2-3 years? Samsung will also follow Sony in audio game and do worse as they do with phone camera sensors and VR world? They're the desperate here for having the feel of need to beat Sony in every possible way they can, which is why they are focusing too much on making phones only and leave everything else behind.
Calling me a fanboy just because I stated the truth makes you the ignorant here and not me. You're trying to sound as if I'm an anti-Trump just because I believe that he will not benefit a lot in leading the US.

Now LG is doing the same. Too desperate.
The main reason why Samsung gives a free wireless charger and Gear VR is to promote the wireless charger and Gear VR itself. While Sony and LG are desperate!

Who in 2017 wants an overpriced SD821 based 2016 smartphone???
LG's big mistake was to release the LG G6 early with SD821 instead of waiting to release it with SD835.....
Now even if it does release G6 with SD835s nobody will be interested, RIP LG!

Does this even make sense? I used to buy a tv and get a free smartphone. Not the other way around. Lol. Desperate marketing technique ever! They give out free Google Home before. Now its a tv. Whats next? If they give out a free three-door LG fridge then I definitely considered buying LG G6. Hahaha.

It would have been reasonable the other way around. Sell as many as possible before the big boys strike. All previous pre-order offers at normal level. This went overboard. Still, the Aussies are just lucky. LG can do lot better than this.
