Yes, you are a froud. If you recive the product after u were refunded, you need to pay them some money, lets say 70%(to compensate price lowering during time and slow shipping) of the order.

And you don't seem to understand that delivery is free with Aliexpress, while others charge you a lot. The fees aren't applied the same. But go ahead, order something on the Internet, wait for 3 months, have it for free without doing anything and call yourself a fraud. We'll see if you still think it's fraud or just luck. If I was doing fraud, they'd send me a cease-and-desist letter. But no, they did not because I did nothing wrong.
Applying your logic, winning at the lottery is committing fraud. Winning a give-away is fraud. Finding 5 dollars in the street is fraud. Using Google Opinion Rewards is fraud. Winning a bet is fraud.

And it's ChinaPost that refunds me, not the seller. And I do not get two phones. Did you read propelly? ChinaPost lost it, so they refund me. But they still have it underway. I'll still wait for it. Please read everything instead of paying selective attention. Call your friends fraudsters when they want compensation when their package is very late (when they refund me, the package takes 3 months to come, more than the "maximum" two months announced).

Thanks to that market share Xiaomi begun to contract several local repairshops to be their official service centers.

That's like some kind of messed up fidelity scheme that works within a messed up distribution system, but you get the best of it. The only drawback is that your items will take up to 3 months to get at your porch.

MIUI is nor heavy, some of its apps are. Disable them and you have as much free ram on boot as a Nexus phone. Combine this two with 8 gigs of RAM and ram caching (what RAM is *actually* used on android) and you get the fastest experience ever. Finally a phone smoother than iphone...
