      They said Europe, but enabled only for Western Europe. Disappointing.

        As WhatsApp ruined simplicity of app, people will move to Telegram, Signal Private Messenger, XMS like apps.

            Telegram is the best. Telegram team updates its messenger regularly. Probably after 1 or 2 month they will announce video call also.

                I wonder how they determine "Western Europe" - it seems only by phone number and not physical location as I'm currently not even close to Europe and got the function...
