I'm very disappointed in both Samsung and Google. Samsung's software update in December last yr is why my Galaxy 5 is messed up. The speakerphone,volume control&everything associated with it stopped working. I've tried unsuccessfully several times to fix it,even calling Samsung but to no avail. So I had no choice but to get another phone (btw,my Galaxy was less than a yr old) then I got the SG J3 and wish I'd gotten something better. It cost more than its worth,the quality is a joke&they are not concerned about updated dung unless we pay them mega bucks like I use to on phones. So as far as I'm concerned,they can keep their updates. Bcz I'm over it! It's time to move on to better things which means one must rid themselves of anything that's not being productive and/or increasing growth in thier life.- May God bless you all. Rev.RH

So the J3 2016 budget phone is on April security patch and yet my A5 2017 is on January security patch. What the hell Samsung

Dzonsi, 01 Apr 2017A5 2016 stil on Februar,it is a joke!If it had said that th Galaxy J3 (2016) is getting Nougat 7.1.1. today, it would have definitely been an April Fool's joke. Unfortunately.
