Samsung's store is still better.
Google has the best one of course, then Samsung, and third LG. I like that both Samsung and LG have extra stores with some freebies.

Not just samsung,
Even htc sense UI has became dull and boring near stock. I loathed it
I love the era when phone makers have their own unuqie traits in their UI.
Make it light yes but not plain boring all like nexus or pixel.

They look fine, but I've seen better from Samsung namely the S3's unique dandelion, Note 2's floating feather, S4's child with colorful balloons, Note 3 and Note4's wild vibrant watercolor/frozen glass modern art & of-course, the S5's colorful facets.
Things began going down the minimalist route with S6.

If only my mind could be so feeble where as I could convince myself that my old phone is new and good enough all over again just by putting the wallpaper from the latest flagship on it.
There should be a warning these wallpapers do not make your mircomax or weaked leaks whatever a S8.

I definitely believe these wallpapers are cool, but to me, I just find Sony's new wallpapers to be more stylish, fresh, and not cluttered overall. Like I just feel calm when seeing Sony's new wallpaper, and it relaxes me even more when it animates when scrolling through the Home Screen, just like bringing me back to their old UI in the present day. But that's just my opinion though

As what someone said, "gone are the days of unique wallpapers: the S3's dandelion, Note 2's feather on water, S5's colorful facets, Sony's colorful flow, LG G3's pink & blue smoke cloud and the Apple's Fighter fishes, Northern Lights and Water droplets."

I like LG's software more since they take care more of details. They have super nice ringtones, notifications sounds, really nice wallpapers for lockscreen and homescreen and 360 degree wallpapers for homescreen and animated wallpapers for lockscreen, better menu system, easier control of different volume levels (click the button in the notification menu and it pops open the volume control menu).

So, Samsungs too having same wallpapers in different shades, just like Sony did. GAWD,when will they stop trying so hard copying others. First iPhone, now Sony. Spamsung is such a mix of all brands. Their biggest innovation is to copy other's.
