Keep in mind that the US version of this phone is worth less than the international version. The US version supports fewer frequency bands than the international verion.

I own the international version of the V10 even though I reside in the US. I need this because I need to visit Asia, and frequency bands 1 and 8 are a big deal there. I imported mine from the UK, but sometimes you can find the international versions online.

I believe the reason the international version of the V10 has less storage than the domestic versions is to keep the total bill of materials the same for both versions. The international version has a more expensive Snapdragon, and domestic version has a more expensive eMMC

This is the very reason I like LG phones. They sell them for what they are really worth.
Samsung tries to prop up prices for its phones far too long after release.

LG starts dropping the price at a more reasonable time frame.

It has nothing to do with blackmailing, oppresion or the like!
US citizens dont pay the taxes when they buy a product, but separately, and every state has its own rate.So basically every price you can see for the US is a net price.
Secondly US is the biggest market in the world(true India and China are bigger, but their population doesnt have even close the purchasing power of americans),and analogue on that prices are bit lower since that is how economy is working...

So, it is good to see this phone is cheaper in us.

I think , the phone being sold in southeast asia is the most expensive !

[deleted post]I mean that's the truth no doubt about it but the other guy is also right, we spend a lot meaning we get a lot in return to keep spending, but buyers are 'smarter' or actually just wise to checking for deals first, it'll only be one store selling it at that price and this is essentially an article to give a heads up, but it'll probs go back up after a week or two
