when it comes down to TVs, where samsung choose quantom dot led lcd, and sony came with one OLED display, every sony fan be like, wow gorgeous colors, and superb saturation ( actually over-saturated like every oled) and deep black, whereas samsung's is bland, natural colors & here in mobile section they are like, I love natural sony display.. LOL.. samsung super amoleds have the best delta E colors with basic mode in display settings, samsung super amoleds with pentile display tech is far superior than any over-saturated OLED display tech. Stop being a fan boy, if you are a true tech lover, stop being biased.. accept the truth. samsung's got the money, which reflects to better R&D, and better innovations> just because you mis-fortunately bought the wrong brand, don't just spam around !

        Gorgeous Bezel-less design (very futuristic compare than XZs so 2000's looking phone)
        10nm processor (S835 & E8895) = its about taste, yes maybe futuristic but useless with landscape
        UFS 2.1 = good to have, but what other have is enough
        HDR sAMOLED = i dont think far better than hdr sony lcd, hdr sony more nature
        Wireless Charging = good to have but dont really need asap
        Hybrid UFS/microSD card slot = good to have but dont really need asap
        DeX = i bet only few people will use, not really important right now
        Bluetooth 5.0 = good to have for future
        Lots of features. = what?

        sony xzs/p only have few feature but really2 what people use

        great design, funny? if you really think about smartphone you will think about how to use so sony did good to have great design without sacrifice function
        great durable battery, no wonder battery from japan is great quality like anker whom use panasonic battery. i had prove with my samsung tab and my note 4 even my friend's note 4 die battery before my z ultra die funny

        crisp speaker, yeah not loud but clear and crisp and not really boomy bass

        dont get me wrong, samsung s7 and s8 are great phone, but its not go too far than the other premium phone. if you just bought it only for show to your friend, yeah maybe you will like it

Thats not how screen replacements work.. They kept my phone for 3 months before i said get lost and went for a new one

            Haha low specs seriously 3300 battery is nothing special, yet they "managed" to fit such a small battery in such a gigantic volume (possibly the thickest flagship , also the one with the lowest Bts ratio). Not only that but they use the mid range amount of 4GB ram (this year's true flagships use 6 or 8GB), meaning no caching for lil Sony, meaning an ultra slow phone that fanboys think is fast because they have never seen ram caching on android.

            Lastly those bezels are an eyesore and rocks the boat of futuristic designs that we had this years. Instead we get the matchbox design which was fail from day one.

            Still Samsung fanboys would find things to like in this one, despite losing in all 3 most important categories (no performance due to mimed caching, low battery due to limited battery, bad ergonomy dues to its gigantic size/bezels).

            Haha Sony is a fun y company.

              I'd choose in this order:
              1 - XZP
              2 - XZs
              3 - XZ
              4 - XP
              Don't forget to root it. An android flagship without root is just another iphone from my point of view...
              Just wait a few months and the price will drop a lot.

                  Unlocked device without carrier agreement plus sales tax.... 985$ as sold from Amazon.

                  Definitely not worth the enormeous price.
                  They topped even apple pricing this time around.

                  So go ahead, buy....
                  Smart ones will pick XZs for 700, for better cameras, stereo sound, better batterylife, better UI performance.

                          10nm processor - while it's good to have an efficient processor, SD820's 14nm construction is still one of the best today. G6 uses a nearly identical processor for $100 more.

                          UFS 2.1 - not gonna take effect. Exynos S7 Edge with UFS 2.0 was destroyed by the XZ

                          HDR sAMOLED - HDR is a nice bonus, but sAMOLED has its own disadvantages. For one, the XZs has an excellently calibrated screen - as much as the XZ Premium which has the non-arguably the best display on a smartphone today. Everybody loves deep blacks, but everybody also loves color accurate white balance, and neither of the two (sAMOLED and Triluminos IPS LCD) can give you the best of two worlds. Only the XZ Premium can truly bring it, but the XZs is closely behind even without HDR.

                          Wireless Charging - very useful. This is going to be very useful when you're in a public place.

                          Hybrid UFS/micro SD card slot - Idk if you're reading the specsheet of the XZs or you're just being ignorant with that. If you talk about the UFS chip, then go and read what I've said about it above this.

                          DeX - another great useful feature. I surely would love to bring a monitor, keyboard, and mouse in public places. Too bad my gaming PC with NVMe SSD is now outdated.

                          BT 5.0 - obviously that's a benefit of the SD835. Nonetheless I highly doubt the S8/S8+ supports LDAC like the XZs does even at an older version of BT

                          Lots of features - also means lots of bloatware. Rather have the Google Assistant that can tell me funny jokes and do a lot more to my phone than Bixby who can't even tell what's the weather today
