Fitbit is a piece of garbage company. Pebble had so much better potential. Its a shame they sold out, especially looking at the fact that the company that bought them just wanted to kill their products.

I have always found S-Health app of my S6E and Apple's own health app more accurate than my Fitbit Charge HR, which shows i burnt more than 1000 calories for a 1.5 mile normal walk whereas the phone's apps show around 250-300 calories which is quite believable. Their trackers are just overhyped crap and in reality less accurate than an app! And now their decision of closing down pebble services is more crappier. They could have just put pebble's software in either their Surge or Blaze smartwatch. Could have been a successful stint.

Fitbit holds the same spot in fitness trackers as Beats holds in headphones.

Before someone bashes me, let me tell you that I have bought Fitbit surge right after it was launched and then used Microsoft Band 2, currently using Fenix 3 HR and waiting for 5x.
