Comcast becomes a wireless carrier with Xfinity Mobile

I just go with whomever is cheapest with the most bandwidth twixt Xfinity and Centurylink. Right now, Xfinity has the best plan for internet only, no TV, for $50/mo for 65 mbps down and 7 mbps up. I pay for 55 mbps so their actual bandwidth exceeds my expectations. Triple the 20 mbps from Centurylink (pay for 25 mbps) at twice the cost $98/mo. I don't watch TV so I won't pay for something I don't use. Never had a problem with either company signing up, or discontinuing service or paying for exactly what I want. If Centurylink offers a better deal in another two to four years, I will switch back to them as I have in the past. Right now Xfinity is king and their quality of service has been epic. I can Chromecast Netflix, if I choose to do so, in HD over Wifi without buffering. My new Xfinity Modem, which I purchased from BBY and my Nighthawk router give me Wifi access as far as all my neighbors houses on all sides. Centurylink was plenty good at 20 mbps, but Xfinity triple bandwidth at half the cost is simply a no brainer.

As this would not reflect on their data usage. And then they will call us asking for reimbursement on the data that "they" are claiming they did not use.

          Why would i want this. There is no advantage ? Free streaming - no, Free direct - nope. More expensive data ?!!? no thanks

            So we can expect Comcast the sell your data to Verizon who will sell it again to anyone. Pricing seems on point though...

I only had a cable service with them, where they wouldn't let you order internet without getting TV service which you didn't want, then they'd add a $10 charge for HD that you don't watch, so you then would have to argue with them for 30+ minutes on the phone to get the TV service removed, which of course meant that your internet service now cost $12 more per month, making it the same cost as having the TV service.

                And try getting your service cancelled, it's hilarious! They basically won't let you unless you beg them for an hour or so. Don't believe me becuase "I don't know what I'm talking about," well maybe this will convince you:

                Anyone who thinks that Comcast is anything but pure evil has never, ever had one of their services.
