Can Apple sue these cheap company already

This phone used to sell for INR 25k when launched last year and comes with Snapdragon 652, 4 gigs or RAM and external microSD card support. In performance and gaming my V3Max is a champion at current price and beats all phones mentioned below.

V3Max have great built quality, comes with dedicated AKM audio DAC for superior audio and the camera performance is very close to G5 Plus. Fast charging tech and good battery backup.

Similar phones with near identical hardware like Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is available at INR 14k in India. Then we have Lenovo P2 with awesome battery, Moto G5 Plus with awesome camera and ZTE Nubia Z11 Mini S. All these phones are available at well below INR 20k with near identical hardware.

Who will even think of buying this over-priced and over-hyped Vivo V5 Plus at INR 26k? And Vivo is selling this particular version online at such high price? Wow. Frankly at this price one should opt for OnePlus 3.
