Wait, what? An "update" that will come with a Cherry trail cpu? lol! Not sure if you guys are aware, but thats like going Snapdragon 6 to 2 series.

As much as I dislike Microsoft, this is a abate that must be won by Microsoft, less intrusive, less creepy.
Now if instead of Chrome OS they used android for laptops (ie created a version for laptops ) I would prefer it as Android is equally creepy but being open source at its core you could always modify it to be less creepy (AOSP version, etc).
Google went with a completely new OS for her laptops in a calculated move to "do evil". Stop her evil plans.

Why when I heard the MateBook X was codenamed Pascal did I thought it was going to pack a 1050 NVIDIA GPU?

Eh, these don't seem to be anything special. The bezels aren't as thin as a Dell XPS, they aren't as light as an LG Gram, nor are they as well thought-out as a Surface Pro. What's stopping me from getting any other laptop or 2-in-1, that have exactly the same looks/specs?

Wow, really liking the MateBook X! I really liked the first Huawei MateBook, and really wanted to buy it, but hopefully this'll be better and more worth it.
