Only concern about Sony is Battery capacity and bezel, out of those 2, what a phone!

I bought the xzs just because of the speaker we got with it in the netherlands.
The speaker is the xb30 and costs 169€ take that of the 700 and you're only paying 531 for the phone which was cheaper than the xz.
Otherwise i would've bought the xz premium

There is always someone who will hate Sony no matter how great they do.
Your S5, S5 Active, S6 Active, S7 Active, S7, S7 Edge, Xcover, Xcover 2, S8/S8+, G6, HTC Bolt, and iPhone 7/7+ will all not be waterproof if it wasn't for Sony bringing it on smartphones.
Your flagship phone won't record 4K videos if it wasn't for Sony either
Lastly, your flagship camera will never be as good as it is if it wasn't for Sony

AnonD-635604, 17 Apr 2017Yeah..they are different division...but they are under the ... moreofcourse they make money when they sell.. but the money is not larger than what they invested for that product, so overall they are suffering loss... how did nokia get bankrupt? this is the way.. sony is being stubborn, and they dont listen to their customers.. many sony consumer complain about the boxy design with large bezel.. they don't care .. samsung.. despite being one of the largest brands.. infact 3rd largest, they listen to the customers, and what they want.. after s4 they wanted waterproofing and finger print, they gave.. we wanted a better build material and design and more premium looks after s5, they gave us s6.. we missed the waterproofing, and sd card, they gave us.. we wanted bigger, larger screen with better battery after s7, they gave us.. thats why samsung sells so well.. that's because consumers gets what they want.. not only in mobile, but everywhere.. even in TV , they sell the most, despite not having any oled tv.. see?? people love samsung.. there are many haters, but who cares.. if you enjoy your device thats all.. But I can say for gurantee, in this era, people are enjoying samsung more than any other brand.. that counts right?

[deleted post]XZs and XZP differ with each other in few major categories not like S8 and S8+, apart from battery and screen size nothing is different between those two. But XZs and XZP are different, SD835, 4K HDR screen and 23 MP motion eye cam etc.,. in XZP and XZs is nothing but just a small refresh to last years XZ. So yeah everyone who wants latest and greatest Sony will definitely wait for the XZP to come.

I've been a Sony smartphone loyalist for ever, even before smartphone, with the first GSM phones I had Sony; I've liked most of their devices, currently I own an Xperia Z3 and hope to get my hands on a Z5, but most probably this will be my last Sony smartphone, really don't like the most recent offerings, there are not much improvement one over the other, and the X line forward the phones are really fugly, to square, big bezels around the screen, they seem to big; Samsung is the company I'm looking, they are showing some really impressive (and beautiful) phones, maybe I don't get my hands on a S8 soon, but a year old S7 is a big improvement over any recent Sony phone, sorry Sony, you've lost me
