Kibaikasu, 14 Apr 2017I'm very interested in seeing how the active version will b... moreIt'll be bezel-less but without the curved edges, bulkier but with a bigger battery than the S7 Active I hope.

I may seriously consider getting this phone from AT&T at retail price if the battery is over 4000 mAh.

would it kill samsung to make the active international, as i'd love to get my hands on one, as a flagship device which could survive me crashing my bike, is perfect for me, and i don't want to rely on a bulky case.

Honestly being a man I don't give crap if its beautiful. 99% of us don't see our phones because they have ugly ass cases on them anyway. Secondly after owning the last 5 Galaxy S phones I can honestly say the S7 active is the best phone i have ever owned. Not only is protected while I am at work I never have to worry about it dying on the go. It is the first phone I can say is truly mobile. If the next iteration improves what the s7active has done I will gladly throw them the Benjamin's. Beautiful screen tough phone excellent camera, and more then amazing battery life.

"It will be interesting to see how Samsung goes about modifying the design of the vanilla Galaxy S8 in order to make it more rugged". My thoughts exactly!

Wish the active line was sold internationally, rather than being stuck to one carrier in the US

I'm interested coz I think it will overcome some major problems with S8, namely curved screen, small battery and glass design.

Didn't the Active S7 have water resistant issues? Consumer reports weren't able to recommend it at all.

I'm very interested in seeing how the active version will be designed. Usually, the active series is a little bulkier than the regular versions, so I highly doubt it'll be bezel-less like the regular S8. On the other hand, if previous models are to go by, it'll also probably have a slightly larger battery than the regular S8 as well.
