The Axon 7's MiFavor is by far the worst Android fork I've ever seen. I literally can't wait to get rid of this phone. I'll be buying the H8P from either Amazon (the easiest online returns) or Best Buy (the easiest in-store returns). If the software isn't significantly better than the Axon 7's, I'll return it within the first week and get the OP3T.

Carrier relationships might come with exclusivity rights, which could mean no unlocked availability at launch and/or limited carrier compatibility. It could also mean a higher asking price for the unlocked variant.

If we're lucky, it'll be an exclusively unlocked/contract-free device, like the H8 was.

I actually ordered the new black OP3T, then canceled when I saw this phone announced for Europe. Lucky for me the black OP3T needed 10 days to ship. That's so OP!

I knew the H8P would be coming to the US; The H8 sold really well here for an unlocked phone, particularly at Best Buy (which makes sense, since pictures don't really do the H8 justice).

I'll be picking up the H8P as soon as it lands stateside. If the software experience is significantly better than on my Axon 7, it'll be a match made in heaven. If not, I'll return it and get the OP3T.

Wow, wonderful, this price is reasonable, we can then get it at around $500 outside China. I like That.

She was excited! What's that in honor v9 screen!?

Well, considering based on these two price tags, €435/413, the Honor 8Pro, is reasonable, but disputable as well, considering the vast competition, with the current and upcoming, such as the OnePlus 3T (& up 5), ZTE Axon 7 (& upcoming 8 ) & Mi 6/Plus or Pro, etc. It is certainly a huge competition to choose from, obviously much better, right.

Excellent, I would love to see this phone available in the US through normal channels (Amazon, B&H photo, Newegg, etc.), even better would be Huawei getting some carrier relationships in the US.
