That because xiaomi dont have official store in here, so seller/importir put higher price to get huge profit, and yes they sell a lot of xiaomi phone, because mi fans are great in number

Look, in today's smartphone world, where EVERY smartphone comes with candybar design (unlike in 2010-2011 where there are several brands making slide design, e.g Sony-Ericsson, LG, Samsung), most of the phone will look the same, cuz there are very little variation, design-wise, in candybar phone with only one physical button (if any).
What people must consider when buying android phone nowadays is not design, but specs, cuz excellent, flagship-grade phone which also affordable is very hard to get, as there are only few Chinese brands interested in making "affordable flagship-killer" Android phone since it will only generate slim profit margin, which is not an option for well-known, greedy manufacturers, especially Nokia & CRapple

For one Galaxy s8, you can get tree Xiaomi Mi6 ...or one Mi6 now, next year a Mi7, after a Mi8. For smart shopper, the choice is easy and there is nothing special the Samsung have more than the Xiaomi.

They started with copying Apple, then moved to Samsung's design and now they came to be Huawei's copycat.
Nice, Xiaomi, really nice... But i'm not going to buy another device from you until you provide service support and give us warranty for it.
(yes i know that there is those things, but not in Europe and US)
