Funny that Google released this build to the public lol
I did get the new Play Store UI this morning, but I don't have a Pixel XL, and I'm on Android 7.0 on a Galaxy Note 5.

Regarding the playstore UI change, interestingly my 3T is now showing a different UI ever since I installed Oxygen OE 4.1.3. Not sure if it is the same UI change in the Pixel.

"do not discuss or comment on this update externally"
Sorry, Google. It is all over the news now. Lol. Look at us discussing and commenting about this update. ;-)

Don't own a Pixel device, but I did get new Play Store UI today.
Running Sultan's unofficial LineageOS 14.1 (Nougat 7.1.2) on OnePlus 3.
Gotta say I love how they finally improved the app list in Play Store.

Google is proving to be not good at building and supporting its own line of devices. Leave hardware to the experts and focus on software google!!
