It's not the same phone, compare it with the teaser photo he posted and this one and the top bar is different. The battery icon is horizontal in this video but his leak the battery icon is vertical. And they're in different places.

I think you guys are getting too excited. This could just be a generic hardware dummy not meant to represent any one device. Besides, why would Rubin's phone show up in a Michelin ad?
