4.) It has wider availability(good luck importing a Xiaomi, you could probably spend more on a Mi5 import than on this XP discount)
LG G5 with a larger 2,800mAh battery has a slightly lower endurance of 60h. And about removable batteries, who buys one and puts a battery in their pocket?(travellers maybe)
About the Galaxy S7, yeah, it is still a better deal, and probably it will be up to the buyer which is his/her personal preference.

You simply cannot beat battery life of smartphone like Mi 5/6 & oneplus 3/3T. They are cheaper too. Surprisingly, x performance is a last year model yet still pricier than the latest Mi 6 in 2017 even after a discount. Lol. Talk about overpriced. All that discount by Amazon not doing it justice at all. It should be price around $200 top.

Owning it. Amazing device.
If able, be sure to get one, especially for that price.
And dont worry about battery life, 61hr is not true, at least not on Nougat update.
At 250 nits Im getting 7 hr SoT, 10 hr video, 10 hr browsing, 5 hr heavy gameplay.
And camera is amazing stuff on this.
Sound system superb too.

FHD display of Sony is still nice. Only 4K screens can make a difference against 1080p, not 2K. I know this because I already tried the Xperia X (same screen as X Performance) and Galaxy S7 - both looked nice without me noticing any difference in sharpness at all.
It has a Fingerprint Scanner built in, only disabled by software in European countries only due to their system. Bypass it by simply registering it as an Asian model or any country unit that the Fingerprint Scanner is enabled on setup, and enjoy
Dual camera is nonsense. S7 and S7 Edge don't have dual cameras, and guess what, you probably bought it I doubt. Huawei is making a bit of sense with dual cameras, but seemed to be not very effective. Apple's telephoto lens is useless if it's going to be inferior to the main lens - smaller aperture by a margin, no OIS, and smaller pixel size.
Small battery yet has great endurance rating. XZ with 2,900mAh gets 72h, compared to the 59h of the LG G5

Inferior SD820 in the US and battery isn't safe at all
Fingerprint reader can easily be bypassed. Just register your phone as a different country model on setup and enjoy
