anyone have any info on whether motorola intend to upgrade the motoming (aka a1200) to bring it into 2007? adding EDGE to a model that is over a year old doesn't really help it compete with the likes of the nokia n95, SE k810 or apple iphone. i was hoping they would update the technical specs (eg: better camera? better UI? FM/AM/SW radio? GPS?)to help it compete with the best smart phones out there...

So what is it that I'm looking at the moment on my motoA780? I guess it is not a Motorola phone 'couse it has Linux AND I can view everything that you are mumbling about. Get a gripe.

Actually isn’t it already in place in most of civilised America (i.e. the bits on the east and the west coast rather than the fundamentalist bit in the middle)?

All Moto smartphones can read the mentioned documents since the ancient MPx200. Also, do not compare smartphones with regular phone models, that just shows how ignorant you are.

ok motorola, all ya'll do is make two, three phones and keep on undating them. Making them more sleak, more shinny, loading it with a better mp3 player, a better camera, but still keeping to the old design that ya'll have been using for years. Ex. the razor. I'm not saying that I don't like ya'lls phones im just saying I use my phone as a fashion accesory and I cant do this when everyone in the room thinks that I have the same phone as them..

well if it troubles you the relation between a porshce and a motorola is that both are products.the 911 model is an example about a product line which has kept its original exceptional design style over the years became classic and a brand trademark.by modernising,upgrading and adding to the product characteristics to keep up with competitors the product is selling until today.i related it with v3 due to the exceptional design.i was refering to the pattern for the product line management.of course i was not comparing the status of the two companies or the nature of the two markets plus i don't care about any company.if you don't get the idea just leave it don't overheat your brain...

I think those phones really sucks,i use to be a Moto fun.But Motorola has disappointed me.So know i only use Nokia's,if Moto would put a Symbian platform i would by it.The best phones are the one with Symbian no metter what you people say.I can read PDF,Word,Ecel Power Point and use Wlan on my mobile,so can any Moto to do that?No and i think never it will.

I like the MOTORIZR Z3 it was good, the MOTORIZR Z6 was very cool, but the MOTORIZR Z8 isn't so good, don't like it, I prefer the MOTORIZR Z6.Now with the MOTOKRZ, the MOTOKRZR K1 was very pretty, but the MOTOKRZR K3 is better, I like it more than the MOTOKRZR K1.

Yes indeed, no matter how flashy all your little Razrs and Rzirs and Rozers or whatever you wanna call them now, either way it's MOTOROLA! The name alone sucks, so Moto, why don't you keep your day job and get out of the game? (joke) But I'm serious though, the menus are always so unintuitive, they don't allow you as much flexibility as a SE phone (love my w810i), and they've had the same default ringtones since I can remember oh.. the 3000 model? Users nowadays want capabilities to do whatever they want on their phone! Same with Nokia too.. since the 8290 they haven't done much nothin exciting either. Their displays or menus are always a bit slow now and I hear their $1000 or whatever nSeries phones crash too. So stop being all bling-bling and making people lust for your phone by looks and give us some stuff we really want to use! Thanks.

We can compare motorola to a fashion model: Expensive and pretty but can't do anything apart from pose. And YES people bought it at first because it was cutting edge in technology... BACK THEN. keep up please motorola.

I agree, Porcshe? Ha!....cellphones are OUT.....All In One phones seem to be the newest crave...so why then is Motorolla only offering the Q? where the F is the rest of the models? cell phones are out....and Motorola has always sucked with thier FLIPS.

Open your eyes! The N series is yesterdays news and can't keep up with their thousand handsets launched every week with quality and superiority of Samsung! Motorola is cheap and outdated so is Nokia!
