Galaxy S8+ users report trouble with wireless charging

It is not the charger, the TA or the Phone. Get a good quality micro USB cable and the wireless charging will work again. The crap samsung provides, can not handle the amps for wireless fast charging. Anker or aukey are good.

hahaha, I love the lil' bezels on GS8 but Sammy's devices are scaring me nowadays, and the price ?.. HELL NO, they even have the guts to sell refurbished Note7 $620, seriously ?!

the guy in the videi gas a defective device. Mines work well. Everyone I know who I showed this article to works well. Not a recall issue.

Furthermore, how come it works fine with 3rd party chargers but not Samsung's own? QI is meant to be a universal standard so while the rate may vary it should not refuse to work at all. That is a fault pure and simple. Granted possibly deliberately to get users buying new chargers from Samsung they should not really need. It is ridiculous that S8 customers should have to purchase a new wireless charger when the one they possibly already have is the same standard and quite likely less than a year old.

If you using the wireless charger thats made for the S8 you are fine.

Been using my S8+ with Samsung's wireless charger since the first day. No issues, charges fast. I wonder if it has something to do with the two different chipset?

It boils down that LG G6 is the most reliable phone due to rigid multiple testing as it is talked about before its announcement.
