That was a bad joke. I sold all of my apple shares and bought them on Nokia shares, now I´ll have to revert the process and go in for losing as much as US$100k for the joke!

yes i'm agree that's an April fool, cos yesterday when i saw the news about that lawsuit, i got no exact informations from Apple Store US that iOS 4 running devices cannot be bought in US.
and they will stop theirs Devices from all Stores.
also i don't think that Apple will keep silentt against this lawsuit cos Apple still has the right to appeal the decision
