I think that creating an APP for phones (Android, HP, iOS, BB) is much easier. An app which will constantly deliver you all information about disasters happening in the world. Hmm...I must patent that...

We have some stupid E... moreI hate to start a political discussion, but this unelected president only presides the European Council, which has a purely advisory role. The guy has no real decisive power; the European Parliament "controls our everyday lives". But I guess it's easier to be scared of a big title.
