I can agree with you on the fact that Samsung was the first to use Universal Display tech on their phones, so the credit goes to the guy who introduces your technology to the public.

It's similar to Qualcomm's snapdragon and Samsung's Exynos chipsets. They make their own custom cores using the ARM architecture.

I think this vague because the information does not provide what they did at that time. I am certain that Universal Display provided Samsung the patents on the method of producing amoled and materials to make amoled.

Using those materials, oems make their own oled display. Universal display is a technological research company. I'm putting an additional source.

I'm not a bad person but Apple going down the drain gradually makes me happy because Apple cheats even the government and it's products are over priced. Look at how much a Mac book cost even with low memory 😏😏😏

Apple will be fine, they are a huge behemoth and cat get away with it. but other manufacturers will take a note: dealing business with Apple is like playing with fire. you can mold something nice with it or it can burn down your entire house. This is true to even apps maker who pushed by Apple recently by cutting down it shares of income from App Store

Simply ...they sink the value of their bussines partner by bluffing...than will buy it for cheapo... then they will have an access to new market(including automotiv solutions if someone cant read between lines)... and finally they will call whatewer product they tries to sell=inovation
P.S.sadly Apple isnt the only one doing this.Hence globalisation

Though you're right about the fact that they need raw materials from Universal Display.
