w880- why is the screen so small?
k810 - why there is still joystick? its gonna spoil in a year.
k550 - nice and very cheap. three of us bought it....we like it.

SONY ERICSSON is THE BEST phone.
ALl of us stop using/choosing Nokia.
Nokia so stingy in giving features...

I like SE's new approach at the buttons, although they seem to be quite small, it's different from their other designs. Can't wait for Sophia, which is rumored to be 5.0MP. :D

                  Btw, there's a news regarding the N97 and N99:

i'll just wait at how nokia will finally kill it's own market of N-series once this two will be introduced at the same year as the N95 will.

in a mobile phone world.. features isn't only the important part of being updated. though at reality there's an improvement over the past series. maybe those who didn't actually used previous series and the new one can actually say it's not improving or blah blah. samsung, motorola and iphone has proven that the technology must be handled wise for the sake of the user, not to over increase the features that a man usually don't use it at all=D

K550 looks appealing to me, W880 design can be improved, K810 featres will do better for equipping i many more setting for the camera and newer UI and design... for those who say nothing has improved, you are all blind!=D

19:39, if this can't make you happy you need to get out and get a girl or guy, you sound very insecure and it appears that GSMarena is or the concept of mobile technology should be kepy well away from you. You sund like most people who post here, ''I'm not happy about this, I'm not happy about that, it's too big, the buttons don't work, I'm an absolute whiner'' Get a grip of reality and enjoy what's to come.

This phone is going to be one of the SE bestsellers. This design will get a lot of customers. Not as a walkman phone, but as a phone in general. Watch after this phone in shops.

They have not made me happy as a fan. All their products released ever since the k750i have been worse than that phone. Yes, the w810i was a slight upgrade because of quad-band. How ugly is the w880? And what features does it have besides being thin? Nothing new with this company, I wish they released something exciting. Ericsson alone was a better manufacturer.

I need quad-band, I need more than 2 megapixel camera, thin, 3g support, something with large memory support (M2 only goes up to 2 gigs?), something that rivals the iPhone in appearance. The orange/black scheme is getting old. Are you listening sony ericsson?

Old tech, nothing new really. Tiny displays, crappy video and some of the ugliest designs ever. This is only my opinion about the designs though. We discussed this with a friend and he wasn't too turned on either.
Anyways, the units will most likely all sell well if the price is right, even though tech-wise their old.

there's a rumor that sony ericsson will release a phone with 5 megapixel camera - the k850i aka sofia, and also another phone which is highly rumoured as a handycam phone next month. hopefully the price wont be so high..

i wish we can see 5-megapixel cybershot phone soon... and hope that they will put a proper CARL-ZEISS lens which would be better than Nokia's crappy N-Series line-up...
and Sony Ericsson, please put an optical zoom on your next Cybershot and that would be really nice..

the k810 was released just simply to make more sales, it's like w800 and w810, but I hope they dont discontinue sales of the k800.. They'll release a phone with a higher resolution (maybe 4 or 5 megapixel) and more software to come with it, which is a real upgrade to the k800

sony ericsson will release a 5 megapixel camera phone soon to compete with the n95 trust me
they'll probably release HANDYCAM phones with truly high video resolution
                                        BRAVIA phones
a gaming phone like the PSP
more smartphones with much better multimedia capabilities

All of these phones are already announced or released in Japan
Just check out the Sony Ericsson Japan website..
