I'll wait to pass judgement until a review is done, but it seems the U 11 is as complete of a phone as the S8 is. And at almost $100 cheaper, it seems like a real competitor.

The Edge Sense technology seems more interesting than unnecessarily high screen-to-body ratios, curved corners on the screen and secondary rear cameras that you may barely use... Open your f*cking eyes kiddo.

Looking really forward to it (unfortunately, apart for the lack of the 3.5mm jack). And eventually do you know what it would be interesting? To see the teardown probably by Zack of the JerryRig..., and so to see from the inside this "thing" of the squeezing frame exactly how it works. Then as a specs, it sounds promising: SD835, 6GB RAM (hopefully. And not "mostly" just the Chinese one's), 12MP/16MP. So let's what until tomorrow. (And hopefully it will give a run for the money to the S8 duo if not even more, although personally, for now it's too late cos already bought the S8 ), haha.

Can't wait to own it! Thin size bezels please hTC! I'm sure both front and back cameras are gon be stunning! The glass back is just beautiful, but please make the phone smaller while keeping the big screen (TBH u ultra is just way too big)

It's obviously is an illusion to look like the front is one big screen while its off, or has that fade to black background. I'm a fan of the look of the phone. I also only like black phones (or metallic like the M8,9,10 etc.) so it wouldn't affect me much.

HTC 10 was a lot better. What happened with HTC this year? Their glossy devices are crappy to be honest and overpriced. What is going on with their device namings aswell? Seariously, i'm disapointed, just because HTC is giving up to other companies. We need competition so we, customers, can win.

I never thought I would see the day when a front camera would have higher pixels than the back camera. The back camera has always been referred to as the primary camera. Seems like selfie is the most important thing in photography these days (shaking head).

Great back colour choices but the front bezels are all black no matter what back colour you pick. This kind of corner-cutting creates the impression of cheap and cheerful. Samsung did it right with the S7/S7 Edge - back colours also on the front bezels. Don't see the point of having nice back colours. Who spends a lot of time gazing at the back of their phone??
