Snapchat should sue Facebook and Instagram, both of these are thieves. It's not like they don't have sufficient funds to produce something of their own.

Unfortunately I read that day the you can't patent an idea, since the cloning company using a different source code and different layout etc ...
I would to see a legal action took place against instagram and Facebook for this rips off
