17 May 2017
But does that mean Bixby will be able to speak in Chinese?

TechLover1, 18 May 2017My friend, don't get me wrong for what I'm going to tell yo... moreI understand your point. But in that process you are paying for something you don't need at all. The reason I didn't go for Note edge, S6 edge & S7 edge that they were NOT full baked. Note edge was the first one, more like a test on the market whether it will float or not. S6 edge had limited support, many problems. S7 edge had many support and usability but one major flaw - palm rejection. It activated apps with the touch of the palm. You can say the same about the Bixby to me. Yes, it's totally raw, unbaked. But at least I can turn it off with app. Before S7, edge panels couldn't be turned off.
Anyway, I understood what you wanted to say. But that's just my opinion, that's it.
Take care. Ciao...

But, your point is right if it is considered for a short term (currently), but evolution doesn't work in this/that way, if it was, we're still in the caves as humans (obviously metaphorically). But it works in a way that one's always have to look over the horizon, and to eventually always go one step forward. So in other words, maybe (and because it is subjective) we don't really need 6GB RAM, but as I said, to always look over the horizon and so always improving/raise the bar, a 6GB RAM is definitely welcome even now, because that's how we'll keep evolving/improving.

Hopefully Samsung will include as much as possible languages in Bixby. And hopefully "at least" they will completely finalize it for the Note 8.

A 6GB RAM is unnecessary thing if the phone is running good on 4GB. If it can manage it's apps in 4GB, why will you put 2GB more inside? 6GB RAM will only eat up more battery without helping anyway.
It's like you are using a PC for office documents and you are using 16GB RAM inside when only 2GB should be more than enough. It's wasting your money and electricity. If you don't use graphic intense apps, 16GB is NOT needed.
Similarly, all the high end games in PlayStore is good with 2GB RAM. The rest 2GB is used for Android itself. If you close all the apps, 4GB is all you need. Now if you tell me why should you close, then I have nothing to say but this: "Why do you turn off your engine when it's parked in garage?" To save energy, right? Same here.
Bottom line is, we don't need 6Gb if the device can do proper RAM management.
        Take care. Ciao...

When is 6GB RAM should become standard in all flagship smartphones in all regions is the question, this is already the case with OnePlus, LeEco & ASUS. 4GB has been around since 2015, & it's time to break away from that limitation.

Anonymous, 17 May 2017does this version come with 6GB RAM?I hope you know that there's no 6gb version for Galaxy S8, it's the same 4gb version worldwide, only the bigger S8+ has a 6gb version in some Asian markets to compete with local brands.
