You try to argue but you don't provide any arguments to support your case. Questioning the statement of another poster without adding any facts other than a "Really?" won't make it a valid point. And just to post with the same attitude as you do:

In my opinion, apps are crap! I never use them, never download them either since they do not add any value to my life.

Now, getting back on the topic:
I am looking forward to Nokia's WP7 devices. Hopefully, they will include Nokia Maps with free voice guided navigation, just as they do with their Symbian counterparts.

If Microsoft opens up the WP7 platform for direct PC synching without Zune or cloud services, then we have a winner.

AnonD-4697, 14 Apr 2011Absoluely WRONG... Something that people uses more often... more In my opinion most people (including me) don't use office that frequently in mobile. I use the pc for that. Even if you do use, there are google docs, and tons of apps for doc viewing and editing in android and ios as well, so what's the point ?
"Android is slow in 1Ghz phones" ?? Really ?? Then show me least one ndroid 1Ghz froyo or gingerbread phone that is "wayy slow" as you describe.
"Android interface is backward" ?? That's a joke ..... Maybe you are confusing symbian or something ?
And you think wp7 interface with its huge tiles, large font that don't fit in your screen is that good ??
Anyway ms will have to do a LOT to get wp7 to the second position by 2014, that remains to be seen.

screw the kids! make fast phones with +1Ghz and xenon flash. That's what EVERYONE want.

And when they finaly are announced and releace date set , it takes half the time from others to beat nokia's hardware and still get out before nokia. And 1 year later they still run smoothly unlike nokia...

Something that people uses more often (maybe you don't) is Office..

Is one of the principal reasons why Microsoft is still in business...Android as I said before, is Way SLOOW even with 1 GHz proc, the interface is backwards, the tools are obsolete, too many hardware issues/incompatibility (that's why Microsoft is looking at Nokia for make the perfect phone for their OS), if you don't beliveme go to carriers forums and look around the massive issues around Android.. nvidia is joining, but also ATI is speaking with Nokia, and so on.....

Android success is because there is no a real contender, iOS is good, but they need more market, and Microsoft has a bast experience in OS, but this is only of time, I remember when Android appears no one give a dime for it, and now look the success, but Android is FAAR from be a good stable OS, don't have support, and Google is not a company with a lot of experience in OS market.....Let see whast happen, but enven technology gurus knows there will be a fight back from microsoft...lets see...

Fruitcake, 14 Apr 2011Why?can"t Nokia release a Symbian phone like the image... moreHey! Nokia will NOT leave Symbian (even Meego), but they will leave Symbian for Low-End devices, they want to catch more market with a new OS, Symbain is aged but still 100% usuable, gosh, even I'm a proud owner of a Nokia C3 device (S40) and works great, Is repleacin my already dead E71.

So don't feel bad, Nokia will still support Symbian, but I'm pretty sure they will discontine any time in future Symbian for get a more modern OS.

In this case Symbian need to improve their OS to catch the market... people don't get happy anymore with any OS. So, modernize or die...

i doubt the success of wp7 nokia phones, although those qwerty candybars can prove me wrong if priced accordingly...wp7 can never beat android 2.3 in any terms, not every1 uses msoffice that frequently but every1 uses apps daily....nokia could have given up their pride and adopted android. This could have saved them a few millions and their global leadership....
