Octa core could be anything. But I think it must be either Snapdragon 660 or 630, the upcoming ones. :)

And Motorola, with their previous offering, the Moto G5 Premium, is showing signs of going easy on pricing. Which means they can be heavily competitive.
Of course, they are mostly perceived as good in the market.

I believe G5S+ will be priced above 24,000 INR given the current G5+ goes for 17,000/-. A phone with such pricing is no mid-ranger. The price can only be justified if they would be offering SD660 and 128gb version, else it's better to put some more cash and go for OnePlus3T.

punmeister, 24 May 2017Wait a sec, this is based of the second Moto X 2017 prototype. This is the Motorola XT1801/1805, which was thought originally to be this year's Moto X. It was actually this device.
This device has a 5.5" 1080p LCD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 CPU with the Adreno 506 GPU, with 3/4GB RAM and 64GB storage. This device has dual cameras, one of the sensors (likely the main one) has a 13MP resolution.

Sounds quite good and trendy as/for a mid-ranger.
