for i9003, this update is not there in india, just called to customer care of samsung india, they said, this phone is just recently launched, update on this phone is highly unlikely at this moment.
I am also not sure in india for i9000, this update has arrived actually or not....

So they pulled the 2.3 update from kies just like the last update.
so what about us who managed to download it all ready?
is the new "fixed" update awailable to us too when it out... yeah in know this is a stupid guestion...sure it is.
i have noticed few annoying things on gingerdread....browser doesnt skrol smoothly up and down, now it goes frame by frame. couple sites crashes down and suts the browser.
ones the froyo had full Finnish language the Gbread has allot English.
and some other minor bugs.
but overall speed has gone up thruout galaxy s.
no the new UI is not awailable still 3.0

Make Sure to update the samsung kies to the latest version and then connect your handset it will directly give you the option to update the firmware for you phone

Pissed off customer, 19 Apr 2011I bought my Galaxy S from T-Mobile Macedonia on 13th of Jan... moreAndroid updates are released by Samsung for the device generally, but if your device is carrier branded/locked (T Mobile Macedonia) then complain to T Mobile as it's their fault you haven't got the update. However it looks like Samsung as pulled the update (again) from their servers...probably do to bugs :-(

I have known Gemany already has update 2.3.3. So why my phone(bought in T-mobile Germany) don't have yet?
