Mi, Mi note, Mi Mix never come with SD card slot but you'll get more internal storage option 64/128/258 gb (at extra price of course).
And both of them sells pretty well.

Xiaomi has launched Mi6 for more than a month already, you can hardly get one without paying the premium. They should really produce more at launch.

Only 12mp dual camera? What happened to Mi Note 2 crazy big 22.5mp camera? One more thing. To be on sale successfully it also need earjack and sd slot.

Well, at least based on the initial rumors, leaks, etc. It sounds really promising: dual-curved front panel, (the nowadays standard) fingerprint scanner, 12MP dual-camera setup, 8MP front, SD 835 with 6GB RAM, 128GB internal (hopefully with an SD slot), 5.7" AMOLED and a ('delicious' haha) 4,000mAh battery. Definitely a good start.
