Anonymous, 24 Apr 2018My phone start getting hang and battery consumption is incr... morekindly clear the cache from the device from the switched off state ... when switched off, press the power and volume down button together for about 6-7 seconds and you will get to the boot loader...just choose recovery mode from there and wipe cache from the device ...(Your data is safe) and then do a factory reset of the device and your phone will get better (not normal but a lot better) try this and tell me was it helpful or not

To be honest Lenovo is taking a piss at Motorola. It's obvious from boot logo. Will never buy a motorola again. Well unless google gets it back... Because it's hurts to see what these freaks are doing with motorola and especially it's consumers. One of their tweets on moto g4 play 7.1.1 ota clearly showed that they do not care. Well F them. Luckily I still have my x play baby running marshmallow so it's free from poopiest company in the world.

My Moto x play keeps switching off anytime despite having a lot of battery. And when you restart it, it will switch off immediately as it reaches the home screen and you can repeat this process for 10-15 times and when I connect to charger it shows battery. Battery backup has also reduced to 5-6 hrs. Many a times switching on the camera turns the phone off. Sometimes you can use the camera without flash but as soon as flash is used, the phone turns off. Other apps also using flashlight turn the phone off.

I submitted my phone to Moto care center, they just reinstalled the software and charged me for it. When I came back home, the issue continued. When I visited them again they say, try replacing the motherboard, still they don't guarantee it that it will solve the issue. When I asked them if I can purchase the battery, they say you have to pay in advance and we don't give any warranty of the battery.
I have an earlier experience with my Moto G2. It's Android got corrupt. When I submitted it to their service centre they said we need to reinstall the software and it will cost me 250 bucks, I submitted the phone. Now next day I receive a call that it's hardware needs replacement that will cost me a few more thousands. Next when I called next time to enquire about my phone, I am told it's touch is also not working and needs replacement. Next when I called them I am told that it's charging jack also needs to be replaced. The servicing cost of my phone escalated from rs 250 to 9000 bucks. All these problems started when the phone was in their custody. This is how Motorola dupes people.

my moto x play crashes whenever i want to update the software. Anyone else had this problem? The software downloads, everything works up to the point it restarts and then i just get an "error" message. If anyone has any tips that would be great

Browser crashing constantly every 1-2 days, system freeze and tan ask to close or wait.
How can we get 7.1.1?
