LG G4 and V10 on Verizon getting new security update

LG's best security was the boot-loop design, killing motherboards left and right. It won't be hacked now!! Mine was fixed under warranty in '16, but the replacement logic board had the same issue, so now it's dead again as of a couple of weeks ago, outside of warranty period. Plus, LG is not taking responsibility for it, say, with a recall or replacement model.
In the states there is a class action lawsuit under way, but it is for stateside only as far as I read, so folks like me who bought it in Taiwan are out of luck. I will give the service center here one more try, but if I have to pay one Taiwan dollar, then it's goodbye for LG.

i don't know why lg is wasting time and effort on security updates when they can update the device to 7.0 before most of the g4 bootloop

Still looking for any fix for my LG G4 Bootloop :( its dead from last 5 months :( my all investment money is invested in this Bloody phone...
